  • Gift for Casa de Esperanza

As many of you know, we're sending a short-term missions team to La Paz, Bolivia in just a few weeks. Part of their time will be spent serving in an orphanage named Casa de Esperanza or "house of hope."  The missions team has prepared two picture frames, each displaying the scripture and empty tree pictured above. One tree will be decorated with colored thumbprints from Kingsway attendees this Sunday and given to Casa de Esperanza as a gift from our church.

  • Why I’m Taking the Perspectives Class

One of the prayers I’ve been praying for myself and for our church is a growing awareness of and love for the people of the world, especially for hundreds of unreached people groups.  I’m convinced that desire was birthed by the Holy Spirit as He enlarges our hearts for what is most important to Him. • Bolivia Missions Fundraising Report

The Bolivia Mission’s team would like to extend a huge thank you to all who came out to support the spaghetti dinner fundraiser and silent auction last Sunday. We raised about $1600 toward the mission to Bolivia because of your generosity, vision and partnership. We are so grateful for your support.

  • Going with the Gospel: Gideons International

I love to hear stories from our members of how God is using them to love their neighbors, whether they live next door or halfway around the world. Here's a testimony Robert Campbell recently sent me describing an opportunity he had to take the gospel to Panama on a missions trip with Gideons International.  In June of last year, I had the opportunity to work with the Gideons in Panama in passing out New Testaments.  This ministry provides and distributes Bibles and New Testaments ...
