Feed My Starving Children Event
As we serve God in the Richmond area, I thank God for the many other biblically rooted churches who share our passion to see the Gospel both declared and demonstrated. In fact, every few weeks, Matthew & I meet with other pastors who stand Together for the Gospel, and have benefitted from the friendship and counsel of these fellow leaders.
So we’re grateful for the opportunity from time to time to link arms with other congregations to make a larger impact. Here’s an example. Crestwood Presbyterian has raised over $50,000 to provide 200,000 meals to starving children and their parents in the most needy places in the world. They have invited us to participate in packing these meals to send on Saturday, October 26. If you’d like to participate, simply log onto their website and signing up for a two hour time slot to serve.
We thank God for Crestwood’s care for hungry children as an an expression of the Gospel, and for the opportunity to join forces in this worthy endeavor. Please participate as a family if you’re able!
