  • My Favorite Book on Trusting God

Compared to many Christians, I feel like I have experienced very little personal suffering. But I still face a daily choice between placing my confidence in other people or circumstances and trusting in the Lord who rules over them all. Jerry Bridges' classic book, Trusting God Even When Life Hurts, has been especially helpful in teaching me why I should trust in the Lord with all my heart and lean not on my own understanding (Prov.
